This file is build V13
So you should flash the phone with build V13 or never flash any build at all because my file is a pack file.
Erace the device with either Pandora, cm2sp3, or cm2sp2
Then flash this file
After flashing this file don't turn it on.
Unlock The Phone Bootloader
